My wife and I returned to the Bell Rock for a week in June/July 2010 after staying there in September 2008. Nothing had changed and we again found all aspects of our stay to be excellent. We were made very welcome by Daniel and his staff. I was inrtrigued by the comment in one review about Daniel's inability to smile! If I have a complaint it would be that he smiles too much!
Once again Daniel's wine selection was excellent in quality and value.

It has occurred to me that I might not have emailed my thanks for a lovely holiday
4th-11th June. Have been extremely busy since return. I came with 3 friends and it was the first time to visit the Scilly Isles for each of us. Stewart Warren and Nigel Porter recommended your hotel to me and have thanked them both for the recommendation. When I last saw Stewart and Nigel they had not long returned home to Cambridge therefore still 'in holiday mood'.
The meals, service, rooms etc were excellent. All staff friendly and welcoming. I have recommended your hotel myself now. In fact, someone I know from the Cambridge walking group is considering a bird watching, wild flower holiday in Scillies, possibly next easter time.

We enjoyed a very relaxing stay . The hotel is ideally situated for access to two beaches, and the harbour is a short walk away. The staff are friendly and helpful . The meals are are good with lots of choice.Also the hotel is spotlessly clean.
