It was a pleasant afternoon if not for a cool wind and a dramatic moody sky. I put on a thin fleece and took a stomp up around Peninnis. Luckily for me I got home just in time as the skies turned and we had a half hour torrential downpour with thunder & lightning! That soon passed through though. I can't remember when we last had thunder & lightning? It must be quite a few months ago though.
