“Deserves its No: 1 rating”

On our first trip to the Isles of Scilly we booked the Bellrock because of its No: 1 rating on Trip Advisor and the deal they were advertising because high quality and low price means excellent value. From our first telephone call with Daniel we were unable to fault their service which is unusual for me because I can be quite picky. The hotel is not new but it is spotlessly clean and comfortable and has won awards for cleanliness. The staff are friendly and helpful and give flawless service.
The restaurant is first class. Every request was met with a smile and an excellent response.
It does what it says on the tin.
Room Tip: We had a top floor room (18) which has a sea view but would not be suitable if you are infirm. There...

Judging by your username of being a Quality Manager, I am really pleased to hear your compliments of the hotel and staff. This is very encouraging, and motivating to the team. It is always good to hear that we are providing the high standard of service that we strive to acheive.
