2009 Visitor Book Entries - 11.05.09 to 25.05.09
Sadly, Mrs King was elderly, with mobility issues and was accommodated on the 2nd floor, after booking through a travel agent, and being fully booked, we were unable to move her. We are a listed building and can't install a lift. We do, however have lower floor and ground floor rooms, which can be requested at the time of booking that are much more suitable for guests who struggle with stairs. If calling the the hotel direct, we always advise where the room is positioned, and what sort of en suite facilities are provided. This information is also passed on to all travel agents who book through us; to hopefully be relayed to the guest at the time of booking.Sunday 7 June 2009

Grabbed a booking at the last minute having read positive reviews on Tripadvisor and was not disappointed. Amazing value with five course meal that was surprisingly varied and extremely tasty. The staff really made our stay, going out of their way to make the kids feel at home and fufil our many needs! We would definately recomend a stay - affordable pampering!

Grabbed a booking at the last minute having read positive reviews on Tripadvisor and was not disappointed. Amazing value with five course meal that was surprisingly varied and extremely tasty. The staff really made our stay, going out of their way to make the kids feel at home and fufil our many needs! We would definately recomend a stay - affordable pampering!

We would love to confirm this hotel does offer very good value for money, dont be taken in by the other slightly more expensive hotels on St Marys, they are not as good as this one!
The friendly polite service from everyone working at the hotel could not be faulted from the cleaners to the hotel manager. Indeed during one evening meal my partner dropped her butter knife on the floor and this was taken away and replced with a clean one in the blink of an eye. This is the attention to detail that sets this hotel above it's competitors. Everywhere in the hotel was spotlessly clean.I have to follow a strict gluten- free diet and this was not only catered for, but they went out of their way to give me a selection of food I could eat and even purchase gluten-free bread for toast! I dont even get that at home!

Great Hotel, good location handy for everything including all the boat trips.Staff all very helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Food excellentwith a good choice. 6th time I have visited and already booked for 2010.
